At our workplace, it is of great importance that students and educators feel the desire to learn, are involved, and have their skills contextualized.
Our students require staff who have a good ability to collaborate with guardians and other actors outside the school to create a holistic view of the students' needs. Our students are at an early developmental level and have significant needs for care and self-care.

You should be skilled at seeing your colleagues in your team, delegating tasks, and following up on pedagogical planning. You should be able to give feedback on the work performed in a thoughtful and respectful manner.
We offer you:
- a positive environment where students and adults grow
- focus on the educational mission
- high staff density
- vacation service
- present management
- many good laughs
