About the job

As a trainer with us, you teach adult participants in both theory and practice within heavy traffic. You play a central role in providing participants with the right knowledge to meet the needs of the labor market, while simultaneously contributing to traffic safety and professional competence.

Your responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and follow up on teaching within heavy traffic (C, CE).
• Teach both in the classroom and in vehicles.
• Support and motivate participants in their development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
• Train in various continuing education areas, such as YKB.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who holds driver's license categories C and CE. Category D is an advantage but not a requirement. You must have held your licenses for at least two years. Additionally, you should have good industry knowledge, preferably prior teaching experience, and knowledge of grading and assessment. You have a genuine interest in sharing your professional knowledge, are pedagogical, solution-oriented, and want to see others succeed.

What is important for the role

• Approved traffic instructor for C/CE (D) (one or more categories).
• Ability to teach both practically and theoretically.
• Pedagogical ability and interest in teaching.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is a plus if you also have

• YKB training competence.
• Experience in teaching or mentoring.
• Industry network or previous collaboration with transport companies.
• Category D license.

The position is located in Luleå.

Employment type

Permanent employment with an initial probationary period of six months. Start date is by agreement.
