Näsets Läkargrupp was founded in 1994 and is a private healthcare center with clinics in Höllviken, Skanör, and Vellinge. Today, we have approximately 25,000 registered patients. We offer healthcare for the entire family throughout all stages of life.

Since March 2025, Näsets Läkargrupp has been part of Prima Vård, one of Sweden's largest healthcare companies, with operations within primary care, specialist care, and occupational health services. We work every day to create safe, professional, and accessible healthcare for everyone.

Our team consists of doctors, nurses, psychologists, social workers, assistant nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, pharmacists, dietitians, medical secretaries, and other administrative staff. We also assist our patients with health checks, counseling, and vaccinations for international travel. We offer a comprehensive range of services to both private individuals and companies. We have certified clinics for diabetes, asthma-COPD, and heart failure, and we operate as an Academic Healthcare Center conducting research.

About the Job

We are currently looking for a Specialist in General Medicine for a permanent position at 100%, although the degree of employment is negotiable.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in people and primary care. You will join a pleasant, open, and professional team where we work together to develop and drive the business forward. As a Specialist in General Medicine at Näsets Läkargrupp, you will be offered an independent position with opportunities to influence your work. The work is varied, involving scheduled and acute patient visits, as well as collaboration with home healthcare, municipal special housing, and child health services.

We continuously have medical students, resident doctors (AT), and specialist trainees (ST), so experience in supervision is a plus. You will be responsible for providing your patients with the best care and treatment together with your colleagues, as well as serving as a medical support for other healthcare staff at the clinic. Furthermore, we offer you a fun and exciting job close to the public with many contact areas where your competence is utilized and stimulated.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a Swedish medical license and are a Specialist in General Medicine, with prior experience working in primary care. Since you work in constant dialogue with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other operations, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing, corresponding to level C1. As we have many elderly patients, it is crucial that you are clear in your communication. You must have a valid B driving license.

As a person, you are confident, have good teamwork skills, are efficient, and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You have good judgment and enjoy teamwork. We would appreciate it if you had experience supervising medical students and other professions at the healthcare center.

You are unpretentious, flexible, and communicate clearly. We value your commitment to business development, your social competence, and your ability to meet different people based on their needs. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
