Vocational Teacher for the Child and Youth Care Program, Profile: Training & Leadership, Drottning Blankas Gymnasium in Vasastan, Permanent, 100%

We are looking for you who are an experienced and certified teacher, qualified to teach Child and Youth Care subjects at the upper secondary Child and Youth Care program with a focus on Leisure and Health.

Qualification to teach Activity Leadership, Leisure Studies, Pedagogy, Special Education, Exercise Science, Health and Well-being, Health Pedagogy, as well as Nutrition and Health is advantageous.

We are particularly interested in hiring teachers with a good ability to create good relationships with students, motivate them, spark their interest, and maintain good leadership. Other skills we value include teamwork, lack of pretension, and sensitivity to students' varying needs, as well as the ability to translate this into active teaching support.

The position also includes mentorship duties.

We apply a probationary period of 6 months.

Drottning Blankas Gymnasium in Stockholm has approximately 590 students during the spring term of 2026 on both university-preparatory and vocational programs. We have been located in new, fresh premises in Vasastan since August 2022, close to good transport links.
