About Us
Innovitaskolan Kalix Preschool consists of four departments: two for younger children (ages 1–3) and two for older children (ages 3–5). Our learning environments are designed to promote independence, exploration, and creativity. Here, children meet secure adults who inspire, challenge, and support their learning and development.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a certified preschool teacher and are passionate about children's learning and development.

• Feel joy and enthusiasm for your mission and are confident in your professional role.

• You are a co-researching educator who can challenge children in everyday life through play and imagination, and who has a professional approach towards children, guardians, and colleagues.

• See the value in working with projects and themes where children's curiosity is at the center.

• Want to help develop learning environments where children have the opportunity to influence and explore their surroundings.

• Contribute with engagement, security, and joy in work to the team.
