About Us

Capio Primary Care Clinic Viksjö is located in bright, fresh premises in Viksjö Centre, northwest of Stockholm. You can get here by frequent public transport, taking no more than 30 minutes from Stockholm Central Station. There are also ample parking facilities if you drive. Over 20 dedicated employees work together here to care for our registered patients.

The clinic features several nurse-led specialist clinics, including a diabetes clinic, an asthma/COPD clinic, and a hypertension clinic, as well as psychologists, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation coordinators.

Your Role

Are you passionate about person-centered care and want to make a real difference for people living with diabetes? Are you a dedicated nurse who wants to combine patient-facing work with development and improvement projects? Then you might be the person we are looking for.

The role is largely independent, meaning you must be able to make your own assessments and decisions. On our unit, we work daily with rounds where you, as a nurse, assess patients together with the doctor and other professionals.

Therefore, it is beneficial if you are flexible, innovative, enjoy varied tasks, and have good experience with triage.

About You

You are a licensed nurse/primary care nurse with further education in diabetes, preferably with a few years of experience. Experience from primary care is an advantage.

We expect you to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, be easy to communicate with, and able to build relationships. You need to be flexible, a good communicator, and have strong teamwork skills, as we place great emphasis on teamwork. A professional work ethic and good interpersonal skills are a given. You are confident in your professional role, enjoy challenges, and see opportunities rather than obstacles. We highly value independence, participation, and engagement.
