The role of Preschool Teacher with us

As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for teaching, education, and care in accordance with the Swedish National Curriculum for the Preschool, Lpfö 18. You lead and develop the pedagogical work together with your team and are confident in leading and distributing tasks.

We work with clear and supportive pedagogy and strive to create accessible learning environments where all children are given the opportunity to develop and learn. Documentation and follow-up of both individual children's and the group's development are important parts of the role.

The preschool is organized into smaller child groups, which provides good conditions for close relationships, high quality in teaching, and a strong focus on each child's development.

Your profile

As a person, you are accommodating in your interactions and sensitive to your surroundings. You create new contacts as well as maintain your current work relationships. You take responsibility, drive your work forward, deliver results, and prioritize your work efficiently. You see opportunities in changes, take initiative, and propose new approaches to work-related issues. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Personal suitability is highly valued.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a qualified preschool teacher

It is an advantage if you have:

• knowledge of digitalization, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), and/or picture support
• experience working in smaller child groups
