The role of Process Leader in Procurement, Logistics, and Supply is newly established, meaning you will have a genuine mandate to set structures, drive change, and become the person who turns the supply chain into a strategic asset in one of Region Stockholm's most important healthcare and care organizations.

About the role

The position is located within the procurement department but has a clear and overarching perspective on supply and preparedness. This is a newly established role with a broad mandate and significant authority to develop working methods, structures, and collaboration regarding material and goods supply within healthcare and social care.

The role is both strategic and operational, meaning you will become the hub in matters concerning preparedness, procurement, logistics, and material flows. You are responsible for driving and developing supply preparedness while working closely with operations on improvement and development projects. The assignment is dynamic and evolves over time, with many exciting initiatives and projects that will emerge.

You work with economic analyses, assortment management, logistics and material flows, as well as project management, in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. An important part of the role is to translate operational needs into functional, cost-effective, and robust solutions that ensure access to the right materials at the right time.

We conduct ongoing selection and interviews.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Develop, manage, and drive supply preparedness within healthcare and social care
• Work with procurement, logistics, and assortment management from a cost, quality, and availability perspective
• Conduct economic analyses and prepare decision support for well-founded decisions
• Categorization of articles and work in assortment councils
• Efficientize, control, and cost-optimize supply and material flows
• Drive and lead projects together with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations, including the Public Procurement Act (LOU)
• Meet with operations, create understanding, and educate and support relevant functions
• Produce and analyze BI reports and develop data-driven working methods
• Improve, implement, and optimize methods and system support in a complex healthcare organization

About our offer:

You will take the lead in building a completely new role. We apply trust-based working hours, and you have the opportunity to work remotely when operations allow. We offer, among other things, a wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year via Epassi and a subsidy for SL cards.

About you

For this position, you need:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience working in logistics, material supply, procurement, and/or preparedness
• Experience in business development in complex organizations
• Good ability to conduct economic analyses and work in a data-driven manner
• Understanding of how IT structures and system support are used for efficient processes

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Experience working in healthcare or social care
• Project management experience, preferably in larger or complex organizations
• Experience with assortment management and procurement work according to LOU
• Experience with supply preparedness within healthcare
• Experience as a consultant or in driving development projects in complex operations
