As a nursing assistant (undersköterska) with us, you will have a varied, enjoyable, and meaningful role. You will work in both our dementia units and somatic units, giving you the chance to develop, exchange experiences, and contribute to a strong team. You help shape the day for our elderly residents through care, social interaction, and support during meals and personal hygiene. At our facility, activities are in focus. We want our elderly residents to have an active, content-rich, and joyful life, and you play a key role in this. You will also work as a designated care contact, have delegated tasks, and write social documentation.

Working hours and benefits:

• You work days, evenings, and every other weekend according to the schedule – typically 06:45–15:00, 07:15–15:30, 13:00–21:30, or 14:00–22:00.
• We offer a 37-hour work week for day and evening staff.
• At our facility, you work three out of six weekends per scheduling period – but if you want to take extra shifts, you receive an additional 1,000 SEK per extra weekend worked (up to four times)!
• You receive 2,000 SEK in wellness benefits.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant. If you have previous experience working in special housing or home care services, we consider this an advantage. If you have previously worked with the quality registers BPSD and Senior Alert, we see this as a plus. You need to have good computer skills and preferably experience with social documentation. The role requires Swedish language skills at level B2 according to the Council of Europe's standard. Read more under "Good to know".

We are looking for someone who understands the importance of good treatment towards residents, relatives, and colleagues. You have strong collaboration skills and a sense of responsibility for both your tasks and contributing to a good atmosphere at the workplace. You are confident in yourself and in your professional role. You are happy to contribute to the development of the operations, enjoy when things are happening around you, and take on new challenges with great curiosity and flexibility.

Good to know

To be eligible for an interview, you must be able to present a passing grade in Swedish 1 at the upper secondary level or equivalent. If this is missing, you will be required to take a digital language test.

In the event of an employment offer, an acceptable extract from the Police's criminal record and suspicion register must be presented. For this position, the extract is for work in the home care of elderly persons.

Kullegården's nursing home is located in a quiet residential area in Sävedalen. Here there are departments for people with physical care and support needs, as well as departments for people with dementia. The facility has a total of 58 apartments.
