We are now looking for a Study and Career Counselor at Veldi in Malmö

Your Responsibilities

Veldi conducts industrial training programs on behalf of municipalities, the Swedish Public Employment Service, and private companies throughout Sweden. For our operations in Malmö, we are now seeking a Study and Career Counselor who can support students at the start of their courses, throughout the training, and during the transition to further studies or employment.

The role also involves collaboration with Malmö City's counseling organization, including follow-up on students' establishment in the workforce after completing their education.

You will participate in creating individual study plans and monitoring study interruptions, with a focus on analysis and development initiatives that strengthen student flow and retention.

We are looking for someone who works independently, structurally, and with strong initiative. At the same time, you are a team player who contributes to close collaboration with teachers, administrators, and the operations manager. Veldi is in a development phase, and we would welcome your desire to help further develop the operations.

To be considered for the position, you have

• A degree in Study and Career Counseling.
• Insight into the regulations and other governing documents applicable to adult education.
• Insight into the current industry.
• Documented experience in study and career counseling within municipal adult education for at least two (2) years prior to the start of the contract.

About the Position

Part-time, approximately 30%. The position is a three-month temporary assignment with the possibility of a permanent contract.
