  • elderly care
  • rehabilitation
  • chronic diseases

The municipality places strong focus on teamwork, professional development and sustainable working conditions for employees.

  • Speak fluent English and are highly motivated to learn Norwegian
  • Are willing to complete our free Norwegian language course
  • Enjoy teamwork and have genuine compassion for patients
  • Are flexible and able to adapt to different work situations
  • Hold a driver’s license (preferred)

We offer

  • Permanent position in the Norwegian public healthcare system
  • Competitive salary and favourable working conditions
  • Varied and professionally rewarding work tasks
  • Good pension scheme through the Norwegian public sector
  • Inclusive local community close to spectacular mountain nature
  • Opportunities for professional development and further education
  • A work environment with close contact with both colleagues and patients
  • High quality of life and excellent work-life balance
  • Free online Norwegian language course with a private teacher
  • Relocation assistance and help with housing
  • Personal follow-up throughout the recruitment and relocation process

This position is ideal for nurses who want to work in a smaller and well-organised environment where there is time to provide good care and build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues.
