About the job
Do you want to make a difference as a support assistant for people living in housing with special support services? We are looking for a new colleague who wants to provide support in daily life, both inside and outside the home.
Tunnlandsgatan housing offers 10 places for adults aged 18–65 with acquired brain injuries and mental health issues. You will also encourage leisure activities and create conditions for a fulfilling free time based on the tenants' interests. The goal is for residents to receive individualized support to live as independently as possible, promoting health, rehabilitation, and leisure engagement.

The target group consists of people with acquired brain injuries, as well as those with mental health issues and neurodevelopmental disorders (ND). This requires staff to be attentive and able to adapt their communication.

By following implementation plans, we ensure that the tenants' needs remain the focus. We also share various ombudsman roles and serve as contact persons.
We value a rehabilitative and motivating approach, as well as the ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams. To succeed in this role, you need empathy, respect, and a genuine interest in seeing the person behind the disability, understanding your mission to support and motivate the tenant based on their abilities and conditions.
