We are a cooperative driving sustainable living environments and are one of Sweden's largest property managers. To our business area Rikskund, we are looking for a Property Manager who will be responsible for Riksbyggen's headquarters at Kungsbron.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for a property portfolio consisting of commercial and residential properties in Stockholm. You will ensure the delivery of management services and collaborate with various internal and external parties, such as project managers, technical consultants, energy engineers, and property controllers. You will have budget responsibility and coordination duties, reporting internally to the respective property managers. Your responsibilities:
- Budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring the net operating income of properties.
- Continuous monitoring of the technical and economic development of properties.
- Coordination and follow-up of maintenance and investment projects.
- Handling warranty claims.
- Coordinating internal and external resources.

We are looking for someone who is responsible and thrives working towards clear goals. You have a good ability to develop and maintain positive relationships and communicate in a way that facilitates coordination among people, contributing to secure collaborations and satisfied customers. You view digital work as a given and are computer literate.
Your background
We see that you have:
- A university/college degree in property management or a vocational higher education degree in property management.
- Several years of experience in the property industry.
- Experience in commercial property management.
- Experience in being responsible for the net operating income of properties.
- Experience coordinating and following up on projects within property management, such as office relocations and tenant adaptations.
- Experience with management agreements, procurement, and budget responsibility.
- Building technical competence with a good understanding of how a property is structured and its technical systems.
- Good knowledge of new technology such as AI, IoT, smart control systems, and digital tools for energy and operational optimization.
- Class B driver's license.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Stockholm. Riksbyggen applies a probationary period.
