About the operations

At Örnsköldsvik Hospital, approximately 1,200 employees work, and within the Rehabilitation Unit, about 45 employees work. Here, you have the opportunity to work in a role where you make a difference for the residents. Our mandate covers almost the entire hospital and is complemented by outpatient activities. We offer close collaboration within the unit with flexible working hours and assignments. On the unit, we actively work for cross-professional collaboration and jointly for a good working environment. We are now looking for a social worker/counselor to join the team!

The social worker's mandate involves psychosocial investigations, assessments, and psychosocial treatment work. Work with patients and their relatives takes place in individual or family conversations, as well as in teams with other professions. The position is a full-time temporary assignment with a start date of 2026-06-22 or as agreed, ending on 2026-08-31.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who

• Have a degree in Social Work (Social Worker)
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is meritorious if you

• Have further education in psychosocial treatment work, basic psychotherapy training, or equivalent
• Are a licensed health care social worker (Hälso- och sjukvårdskurator)
