About Skogstorpsskolan

Skogstorpsskolan is a grades F-9 school located in the northern part of the municipality. We have good connections by train and bus to the school from nearby towns. The school offers activities from preschool class to grade 9. This autumn, we will have a new management organization with a principal for F-9, an assistant principal for grades 7-9, one for grades 4-6, and one for F-3. We have a large, lovely schoolyard with green areas, forest sections, a football pitch, and playgrounds. At Skogstorpsskolan grades 7–9, there will be approximately 350 students this autumn, divided into four units and a study workshop. Each work team collaborates closely with the school's student health services as well as management and meets regularly during the term.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching in grades 7-9 in accordance with the school's governing documents, individually and within work teams.
• You actively participate in developing successful learning environments together with others at the school.
• You are responsible, together with others in the work team, for the planning, execution, evaluation, and documentation of teaching for students.
• Mentorship is included.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with a teaching license specializing in grades 7-9.
• You have a positive view of people and have the ability to create good relationships as well as the ability to prevent and resolve conflicts.
• You are meticulous, flexible, and sensitive to students' needs, and enjoy working with teenagers.
• You are a good leader in the classroom with clarity in communication, goals, and results.
