About the role

As an Infrastructure Architect, you are responsible for designing, developing, and further developing Nobina's infrastructure in both our local environments and in the cloud. The focus of the role is on Workplace, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and identity services, where you, together with the team, ensure that users, clients, and platforms function seamlessly and securely.

The role combines overarching architecture, continuous improvement work, and practical implementation. This means that you both set the direction for our infrastructure and are involved in realizing it through technical choices, rollouts, and management.

You will become an important advisor in the modernization journey, working with architecture principles, standardization, security, lifecycle management, and technical decision-making in close collaboration with IT, security functions, the business, and external partners.

Your main responsibilities

You ensure a robust and future-oriented workplace infrastructure for Nobina's digital workplace. The role involves advisory services, strategic decisions, and practical implementation of solutions.

In the role, you work broadly with architecture and design, while simultaneously contributing actively to the development and implementation of our platforms within both infrastructure and Workplace/Microsoft 365.

• Develop and maintain architecture, target state, and roadmap for both local environments and cloud
• Design, further develop, and implement solutions within compute, network, storage, identity, and security
• Drive the development of Nobina's modern workplace, including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and client platforms
• Work with identity management and Entra ID, including security, lifecycle management, access principles, and authentication
• Act as an advisor in projects and change initiatives within requirements engineering, design, and risk assessment
• Ensure that solutions follow principles for security, compliance, and best practice
• Create and maintain architecture principles, documentation, and reference architectures
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners regarding technical solutions and design

You combine an understanding of traditional infrastructure with a clear interest in Microsoft 365, workplace development, and identity management.

You are communicative, solution-oriented, and thrive in creating structure and direction in a complex environment.

You have experience working in large and complex IT environments and have a good ability to navigate both infrastructure issues and modern workplace services. You want to contribute both at the architecture level and in practical implementation.

We would like you to have:

• Several years of experience with infrastructure in larger organizations
• Experience with cloud services, preferably Microsoft Azure
• You are strong in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and client management
• Experience with identity management and Entra ID
• You have worked with IAM in some context, at least as a requirements setter
• Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Experience with hybrid architecture and migration
• Knowledge of automation or Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with Zero Trust and modern security architecture
• Experience with supplier management and procurement
