Four FM offers premium solutions within Facility Management and is an entrepreneurial company in strong growth. We work with well-known, global clients within retail, tech, life science, and finance in environments such as offices, shops, industry, and properties.
Here, business focus is combined with a strong service culture where quality, collaboration, and long-term relationships are at the center. We are now looking for a Contract Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for their contracts and help develop our deliveries.
About the role 🚀As a Contract Manager, you have overall responsibility for your own contract portfolio, with a clear mandate to drive delivery, business, and development. The role involves significant personal responsibility where you take ownership of results, customer relationships, and operational operations, with a focus on ensuring high-quality delivery, balanced economics, and customer satisfaction.
The delivery is driven in close collaboration with the customer, where you are responsible for leading, following up on, and developing the collaboration. The role reports to the Contract Director and is based at our office in Stockholm, with close collaboration with colleagues and management.
The role is both operational and strategic. You are close to daily delivery while simultaneously driving development and business over time.
You will among other things:
Ensure that contracts are delivered according to agreements, SLAs, and KPIs, as well as handle operational challenges in everyday life with a secure and professional approach.
Be responsible for budget, cost control, and profitability, and contribute to a stable and sustainable business over time.
Identify, create, and implement opportunities for development, upselling, and contract extensions.
Build and develop long-term customer relationships and collaborate with customers and colleagues in the Nordics.
Lead, coach, and develop employees, including recruitment, onboarding, as well as employee and salary discussions.
Drive delivery together with external suppliers and follow up on collaborations to ensure quality.
Drive and be responsible for projects within, for example, workplace adaptations and investments.
Contribute to the compliance of routines, processes, and HSE requirements, and drive improvement work in a varied everyday life with both planned interventions and ad hoc needs.
In short: You own the delivery in your contracts – from daily operations to long-term development.

You have experience from an operational and customer-facing business, where you are used to taking responsibility, making decisions, and handling situations that require structure, clarity, and a professional approach.
We believe that you:
Have at least 3–5 years of experience from a leading or coordinating role within Facility Management, property, operations, hospitality, or other related service business.
Have experience driving work in an operational environment, preferably in a multi-site delivery or in an organization in change/growth.
Have a good understanding of economics, budgeting, and KPIs.
Feel confident in customer dialogues and relationship building.
Have experience leading or coordinating employees.
Are accustomed to working with suppliers or multiple stakeholders.
Work systematically and have good prioritization skills.
Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.

Working hours:
Office hours 08.00–17.00, Monday–Friday.
Employment type:
Permanent with an initial probationary period.

Travel within the Nordics occurs as part of the role.
