As a Project Engineer with us, you will have an important role in projects where electrical power, facility development, and civil engineering meet. You will work closely with project managers, technical specialists, contractors, and authorities to ensure that projects are planned, coordinated, and executed efficiently. This role suits you if you thrive in a project environment where you can combine technical knowledge with coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving.

As part of our dedicated Energy team, you will work on some of Sweden's most socially vital projects within electricity distribution, transmission networks, energy facilities, and other critical infrastructure. Here, you have the opportunity to develop alongside experienced colleagues in a business where technology, sustainability, and safety are at the center.

You will become part of our Compliance & Management business area, where we support an efficient transition to digital, sustainable, and secure solutions through expert knowledge in areas such as quality, safety, sustainability, and project management.

  • Participate in technical investigations, design work, and the preparation of decision-making materials.
  • Handle project administration, documentation, and reporting.
  • Identify and monitor risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities throughout the various phases of the project.
  • Contribute to the development of working methods and processes to create efficient and sustainable project deliveries.

Qualifications We are looking for someone who is structured, communicative, and has an easy time collaborating with different types of stakeholders. You thrive in project environments where you take responsibility, drive issues forward, and create order in complex contexts. At the same time, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and accustomed to working both independently and in teams.

In addition to your personal qualities, we require:

  • A Civil Engineer, University Engineer, or Higher Vocational Education degree in electrical power, energy technology, civil engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least three years of experience from the electrical power, energy, or civil engineering industry.
  • Experience in project work within areas such as energy infrastructure, power grids, facility projects, or technical investment projects.
