As a Social Secretary at the Reception and Investigation Unit (MoU), we have a wide variety of tasks where we meet people by phone, email, letter, and not least in physical meetings where we investigate the right to financial assistance. We are careful that social work is based on human encounters, and we constantly strive to refine how this is best carried out. At Reception and Investigation, there are administrators who contribute support to our daily work, and this is of great importance to us as investigators and decision-makers. In your work, you will have much contact with other units within social services, but we also collaborate with other actors, such as the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Swedish Tax Agency, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Swedish Migration Agency, and others.
As a new employee, you will receive a structured introduction, which means you will have time to settle in as a newcomer.
Who are you?
Requirements:
- A degree in Social Work or an education assessed as equivalent by the employer
- You have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Merits:
- Work experience from various workplaces, and you can apply your experience in this assignment in a creative way.
- Previous experience of exercising public authority or alternatively investigative work within an authority.
- Category B driver's license
