Kronoparksskolan is now seeking an engaged teacher for grades F–3 (Preschool Class to Grade 3) who wants to contribute to our students' development and help create a school where both students and staff thrive and grow. Kronoparksskolan is a F–3 school with approximately 360 students, centrally located with easy access to nature and leisure facilities. We place great emphasis on a calm and harmonious learning environment where every student is given the opportunity to reach their full potential. Responsibilities

As a teacher here, you will become part of a team where we collectively take responsibility for the students' learning and development. You plan and lead teaching based on the national curriculum. Here, we collaborate, share ideas, and develop teaching together to create a school day that is meaningful, joyful, and developmental for our students.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with a teaching license for Preschool Class and Grades 1–3.

You are a confident person who enjoys building relationships – with students, colleagues, and guardians. You are curious, engaged, and wish to continue developing in your professional role together with others.

At our school, we always put the students' best interests first. You have a desire to meet each student based on their needs and prerequisites, and contribute to a learning environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed. You are given space to take responsibility and organize your work, while having support from your colleagues and working closely with the teaching team.

You do not need to have all the answers from the start – what is important is that you want to try, develop, and adapt the teaching so that it becomes meaningful and accessible to the students. Together, we create a secure and predictable school day where students can grow, both academically and socially.

About Karlstad Municipality

The Child and Youth Administration is responsible for preschool and school for approximately 13,200 children and students and is the municipality's largest administration with just over 2,400 employees.
