About the role

As an Occupational Health and Operations Coordinator, you work closely with school operations with the mission to strengthen preventive work and relieve principals in coordination, follow-up, and administration.

The role encompasses both student and staff perspectives and involves close collaboration with principals, student health services, and other support functions. The assignment also includes responsibility for processing and administering school bus matters. The workload in the school bus area varies throughout the year, with clear peaks leading up to and in connection with the start of the school year.

Your daily tasks include, among other things:

• Coordinate and follow up on operation-related processes within occupational health, safety, and preventive work.
• Produce, compile, and analyze data for follow-up and development.
• Support principals and operations in planning, implementation, and follow-up of measures and interventions.
• Contribute to the development of working methods, routines, and processes within the scope of the assignment.

In practice, this means that you plan and coordinate, for example, rounds, operational reviews, and other preventive measures, produce data, and follow up on results. You act as a support to school leadership and operations by creating structure, coordinating processes, and ensuring that decided activities are carried out and followed up.

Formal qualifications

We are looking for you who have a relevant university degree or other education and experience that the employer considers equivalent. You also have experience in coordinating, structuring, and following up on processes in an operation-related role, and you feel comfortable with administrative tasks, documentation, and digital systems.

It is an advantage if you have experience from school operations or other public sector activities, as well as knowledge of occupational health, safety, or preventive work.
