About the Job
Do you want to work in sales within the gym and fitness industry and help build a growing business area? We are now looking for an Account Manager for Thor Fitness Accessories.
The role involves selling selected accessory products and display solutions to:
- Gyms
- Boxing clubs
- Associations
- Fitness facilities
These are products that customers can resell to their members. Many of the products offer the customer a good margin, while members get access to quality products at a competitive price. It becomes a clear win-win situation:
- The customer makes money.
- The member gets good products at the right price.
We are building recurring business.
You will work remotely from home. We prefer that you live in Gothenburg, Västra Götaland, or another strategic location in southern Sweden.
What you will do
- Process gyms, boxing clubs, associations, and fitness facilities in your area.
- Schedule and conduct customer visits.
- Showcase products and display solutions.
- Build relationships and create recurring business.
- Drive sales from initial contact to closing.
- Follow up on customers, quotes, and deals in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with our gym sales representatives and other accessory sales teams.
The key to the role is the customer visit. You need to enjoy being out at the customer's location, showing the products, and finding opportunities where the customer can generate additional sales to their members.
Internal collaboration is also a crucial part of the role. If you see that a customer needs larger gym equipment, machines, or other gear, this is referred to the appropriate gym sales representative. Similarly, gym sales representatives refer opportunities to you when they see that a customer could sell accessories to their members.

We are looking for someone who
- Has strong self-motivation.
- Enjoys visiting customers.
- Is social, straightforward, and confident in customer meetings.
- Thrives in gym and fitness environments.
- Is self-directed and accustomed to taking responsibility for your days.
- Enjoys building relationships and creating recurring business.
- Has a valid driver's license (Category B).
- Speaks and writes Swedish fluently.
Experience in sales or the fitness industry is advantageous, but not decisive. We are looking for the right person, not just the right CV.
