We are now looking for a Nursing Assistant for Hagagården Care and Housing Facility.

Hagagården is located in the scenic area of Vendelsö and specializes in dementia care, somatic care, and short-term housing. Here, we offer a safe and harmonious environment with close proximity to nature, inviting residents to take walks and spend time outdoors.

Responsibilities

Your role will involve close collaboration with both colleagues and residents. As a Nursing Assistant at Hagagården Care and Housing Facility, you will play a central role in ensuring a safe and meaningful existence.

Your work will include a range of responsibilities, such as:

• Providing support and assistance in daily activities, including personal care and hygiene.
• Working together with other healthcare staff to create a safe and stimulating environment.
• Participating in rehabilitative measures and activities that promote physical and mental well-being.
• Documenting and following up on individual care plans and guidelines.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of operations by sharing your ideas and insights.

You will work on a schedule that includes day/evening shifts and every other weekend.

Qualifications and Experience:

Educated nursing assistant with a certificate of the protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. It is an advantage if you have studied the basic course in Silviahemmet's care philosophy. You are confident in your professional role, and we see that you have previous experience working in care and housing.

Communication and documentation are an important part of the work, so you need to master the Swedish language well in speech and writing. We use language tests in the recruitment process.
