Your Responsibilities

We are now looking for an experienced HR Specialist in Employment Law for Saab Aeronautics in Linköping! You will become part of an HR department with 35 employees, where you will contribute your expertise in complex employment law issues and provide business-close support.

In this role, you will work broadly to support the business with qualified personnel matters and development initiatives. You will be an important advisor to managers and HR colleagues, contributing to ensuring that the organization operates in accordance with current laws and agreements.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

  • Providing support in the interpretation of collective agreements and employment law legislation.
  • Advising on dismissals, relocations, and employment law disputes.
  • Acting as project manager and change leader for HR-related parts of change and development initiatives.
  • Conducting employment law investigations.
  • Planning and conducting employment law training for managers and HRBPs.
  • Developing and further developing policies, guidelines, and routines within the employment law area.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is confident in their specialist role and has extensive experience in qualified HR work with a clear focus on employment law. You are communicative, structured, and have a good ability to translate complex legal issues into practically applicable solutions.

We see that you have:

  • An academic education in HR, law, or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience in qualified HR work and experience supporting businesses with both unionized employees and managerial staff.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of employment law.
  • Experience in independently conducting collective bargaining negotiations.
  • Ability to independently lead collective bargaining negotiations.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex legal issues in an easy-to-understand way.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team, as well as handle several parallel tasks simultaneously.

This is a consulting assignment initially until the turn of the year, with the possibility of extension or direct employment with the client after a period of hiring. Start is immediate or as agreed.
