Who is First Camp?

Our goal is clear – to become the world's leading camping chain. An important part of the experience for our guests is, of course, that they can relax and socialize in a cozy environment. We want to create wonderful summer evenings with good service and a nice atmosphere – perhaps it is you who want to contribute by meeting the guests in our bar?

What does the role involve?

As a bar employee, you will work in our bar at the destination, where you will become an important part of creating a pleasant experience for our guests. You are responsible for serving drinks, handling cash, and keeping the bar area tidy. It also includes taking care of dishes and cleaning to maintain a clean and cozy environment. At some destinations, you can also participate in mood-lifting activities such as showers and quizzes, which contribute to an even friendlier atmosphere for our guests.

We always focus on the guest experience, which is why flexibility is important – we would like you to be ready to support other areas if needed. Together, we work to make our guests' holiday a positive and memorable experience.

Who are we looking for?

We would appreciate it if you have experience from café, restaurant, or bar operations. Education in hospitality is a plus, but the most important thing for us is your personality!

We are looking for you who spread joy, both to guests and colleagues. You have a positive attitude, can adapt quickly, and enjoy following clear routines. In our team, it is important to keep the mood up even when the pace is fast.

To succeed in the role, you need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish or English to take instructions and interact with our guests.

Conditions

We are looking for employees for the summer season with varying hours (20–40 hours/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the Hotel and Restaurant Union's collective agreement.
