About Vårdcentralen Getingen

Vårdcentralen Getingen is a small and family-oriented health center located within the hospital area, with approximately 20 employees. We are one of Lund's youngest health centers, starting operations in May 2014 without registered patients. Since then, our patient list has grown to approximately 6,000 patients today. The operations are characterized by high medical quality, joy in work, and a strong team spirit. The premises are located at the Skåne University Hospital area, which provides several unique service services such as pneumatic tube post, logistics, and laundry management. These premises are also shared with the Evening and Weekend Clinic when the health center is closed, contributing to good and close cooperation with the staff in this operation.

The health center provides good and safe care for our registered patients with the help of specialists in general medicine, ST-doctors, district nurses, general nurses, physiotherapists, medical secretaries, and nursing assistants. The operation also runs a nurse-led diabetes clinic, an Asthma-COPD clinic, and an elderly care clinic. We also collaborate with other primary care units regarding dietitians and occupational therapists to be able to offer patients individualized care at the right level of care.

We are looking for you who are engaged, innovative, and want to be part of developing our operations. You are offered an exciting, complex, and varied job where you will develop in your role as a nurse. In the role as a nurse or district nurse, you work with triage both via telephone advice, digital care contacts, and clinic work. You are responsible for providing good and quality care to our patients based on your prerequisites.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with permission to work within Swedish healthcare. In addition, you have knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale. It is meritorious if you have further education as a district nurse and have experience working in primary care. Since many of our patients come from different cultures, we value it if you are multilingual.

You who apply have a genuine interest in primary care. In addition, you are positive, responsible, and professional. You are good at planning your work, are flexible, and work independently while having good ability to cooperate with other staff. In addition, you contribute to a good work environment, are responsible for your own development, and share your knowledge with other employees.
