In a house in Bua lives a young man full of energy and joy for life. His parents, two younger siblings, and two cats also live here. There is laughter, play, some sibling squabbling, and sometimes the pace picks up significantly. In the midst of all this, you are there as a stable and safe presence.

The young man receives 24/7 personal assistance. Sometimes you work alone, and sometimes together with a colleague. The role involves both responsibility and closeness. You assist with medication, inhalations, transfers, physiotherapy, and personal hygiene, among other things.

He has diagnoses that cause involuntary muscle movements. He always needs someone close by – someone who can read the situation, remain calm when things get stormy, and interpret what he wants.

But the job is not just about care.

It is also about speed and joy!

He loves when things happen: driving the wheelchair fast, bouncing on the trampoline, listening to music, or joining in on his siblings' antics. Animals and walks are also favorites. Here, you are not just a support – you are part of everyday life, of the laughter, and of all those things that make life fun.

We are looking for someone who is secure, perceptive, and physically strong enough for manual lifting. You are present, have patience, and can switch between calm and playfulness. Being a bit open and sharing yourself doesn't hurt.

Experience with children or care is a plus, but not decisive. The most important thing is that you work well together.

You start as an hourly employee, with the possibility of fixed-term employment as long as the assignment lasts, if it feels right for both parties, with a work time of 50-100%. Work shifts are scheduled during the day, evening, and every other weekend according to a rolling schedule. During holidays and leave, there is an opportunity to work more, so we are also looking for hourly substitutes.

In many assignments, the person entitled to assistance is the employer themselves, while in others, a deputy employer has been appointed. Assignments and roles vary depending on the operation and function.
