We are now looking for an experienced project manager who wants to take a key role in the implementation of the comorbidity reform – a national initiative to create more coordinated, person-centered, and sustainable interventions for individuals with harmful substance use, addiction, and comorbidity.

About the role

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and monitoring the implementation of the comorbidity reform in Norrtälje.

You work in close collaboration with KSON, Tiohundra, the Social Services of Norrtälje Municipality, and other stakeholders. Together with the municipality's reform leader, you drive the work forward in a complex organization where several authorities and operations need to work towards a common goal.

You will become a central force in the transition from the current system to a model where individual needs are at the center.

The assignment involves both strategic and operational work. The position is full-time and is a fixed-term employment until 31/12-26, with the possibility of extension.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Lead and structure the change process from the current state to implementation
• Coordinate work between social services, healthcare, and other actors
• Develop and introduce common working methods, collaboration processes, and division of responsibilities
• Map development needs and translate analysis into concrete change
• Plan, document, and lead workshops, steering groups, and development projects
• Ensure progress, anchoring, and follow-up
• Identify risks, dependencies, and decision needs
• Contribute to development within the areas of mental ill health, addiction, and comorbidity

About you

For this role, you need:

• An academic education in fields such as healthcare, social work, public health, or behavioral science
• Experience in project management or change management
• Good knowledge of public sector operations, preferably within healthcare and/or social services
• Experience of collaboration between different organizations or authorities

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Experience working in a politically governed organization
• Experience of collaboration between municipalities and regions
• Knowledge of SIP (Interagency Professional Plans), discharge processes, and coordination issues
• Experience in implementing reforms or legislative changes

Tiohundra is owned by the Municipal Association for Healthcare and Social Care in Norrtälje (KSON), which is responsible for planning and financing healthcare and social care in Norrtälje Municipality. Through this collaboration, the region's healthcare is combined with the municipality's social care in an integrated organization – creating good conditions for a holistic view and close work around the individual.
