About the role

We offer a varied and fast-paced job where no two days are alike. As an employee, you are an important part of the customer experience – you create an inspiring store environment, meet customers with engagement, and ensure the store always feels welcoming and vibrant. Your tasks include:

• Customer service and cash register work
• Picking goods, merchandising, and keeping the store inspiring and attractive
• Sorting, pricing, and handling incoming goods in the warehouse

In addition, you play a key role as a career coach. This means you work closely with our participants in labor market integration programs – you teach practical tasks in the store, support their development, and contribute to strengthening their path toward employment or studies. Who are you?

You likely have experience in service or retail and thrive in a high-tempo environment with lots of customer contact. You are driven by providing good service and creating positive experiences – for both customers and colleagues. At the same time, you have an interest in people and want to contribute to something bigger. You are motivated by supporting others and seeing them develop. We believe you:

• Are confident, social, and proactive
• Have an eye for merchandising, color, and form
• Enjoy working both independently and in a team
• Have a genuine commitment to sustainability, reuse, and social work

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience from service roles or retail (preferably second-hand)
• Experience in customer service and sales
• Good Swedish language skills (written and spoken)
• Good physical fitness (the job may involve heavy lifting)

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in social work or meeting people in vulnerable life situations
• Post-secondary education, e.g., social pedagogy or therapeutic pedagogy
• Language and cultural competence
• Category B driver's license and experience driving light trucks

Other information

• Permanent employment (probation period may apply)
