About the Role

As a Service Manager, you will have overall responsibility for one of ISS's valuable contracts, with headquarters in Stockholm and operations across Sweden. Here, you will play a key role in leading an experienced team, developing strong customer relationships, and driving a long-term and successful partnership.

  • Location: Stockholm
  • Employment Type: Permanent full-time position, with an initial probation period of 6 months

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Personnel and P&L responsibility
  • Lead an experienced and professional team that is already delivering strong results in partnership with the customer
  • Ensure continued high delivery standards and a positive ISS footprint
  • Develop and strengthen the collaboration with the customer's Workplace team
  • Drive projects and further development of the partnership
  • Travel and presence at various offices in Sweden
  • Part of the management team with direct reporting to the Key Account Manager

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an experienced and confident leader with a present, trust-based, and engaging leadership style. You create structure, energy, and direction in a daily routine where both people and delivery are in focus – and you get things done through collaboration and clear communication.

You have documented experience in leadership roles with personnel and P&L responsibility, as well as experience driving and leading projects in complex and operational environments. You thrive in customer-facing contexts and have experience developing long-term and value-creating partnerships.

You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and have good system proficiency, including work in financial systems, Excel, and data-driven tools.

As a person, you are positive, engaged, and inclusive – you bring the team together, create energy, and get people pulling in the same direction. At the same time, you are structured, analytical, and solution-oriented, with a strong drive to develop, improve, and take the next step.
