About the role
In the role of Business Developer, you serve as a support to managers and employees. You take on the challenge of working strategically while playing a key role in operations by translating work into daily activities.
Your tasks will focus on national-level work in collaboration with other authorities within the framework of the joint authority initiative against organized crime. In your daily work, this means supporting both managers and employees in developing working methods and processes.
Everyone working at Kronofogden contributes to the fight against crime. Your responsibilities include identifying and preventing attempts at criminal activity, as well as reporting suspected crimes to other authorities. This role encompasses this, as well as the joint authority work against crime at the national level.
The position is located at our office in Sundbyberg.
About you

Your qualifications:
- A degree from the Law Programme with 270 ECTS credits (180 credits under the old system).
- Several years of current, documented experience working at a national level within the framework of the joint authority initiative against organized crime.
- Current, documented experience driving own assignments in collaboration with other authorities.
- Current experience in investigating, implementing, and presenting assignments.
- Good legal knowledge.
- Good IT skills.

Good to know
The employment is permanent and begins with a six-month probationary period. You will be employed as a Business Developer. Kronofogden offers the possibility of remote work upon agreement with the employer.
Working in the Swedish government means adhering to the government's values. There are also specific requirements regarding judgment, security awareness, and compliance with current laws. We ask questions during the interview regarding any previous criminal activity or deficiencies in previous employment. For final candidates, these questions are also asked of reference persons. We also check for debts registered with Kronofogden, bankruptcy, and business prohibitions. Information obtained is weighed in the overall assessment of your suitability for the position.
An employment with us may involve security clearance. A security investigation with background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment is made. For some of our security-classified tasks, Swedish citizenship is required.
