About the position

The group home on Bergtäktsvägen is an adapted group housing facility with 6 apartments. In addition, there is a shared kitchen, common room, laundry room, staff rooms, and technical rooms.

The residence is located in a beautiful natural area with fine surroundings.

The staff working here have a high focus on the users, strong team spirit, and a pleasant environment.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, such as help with personal hygiene, dressing, showering, and other basic daily needs.
• Creating a predictable daily routine by supporting planning, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and cooking.
• Social support and communication: Motivating and helping with social activities, culture, physical exercise, and meaningful leisure activities. This also includes acting as emotional support.
• Collaboration and documentation: Writing implementation plans together with the resident, documentation, and collaborating with relatives, guardians, nurses, and other professionals.
• Healthcare: Certain medical interventions delegated by a nurse, such as distributing and administering medication.

• Category B driver's license.
