About the Position

As a singing teacher with us, you will meet students of different ages, levels, and musical interests. You will inspire both beginners and more advanced students, helping them develop based on their own goals.

The position includes:

• Individual singing lessons
• Teaching in singing, choir, and possibly accompaniment
• Participation in concerts, performances, and other outward-facing activities
• Collaboration with colleagues in projects and arrangements
• Recruitment of new students and development of operations
• Planning and administrative tasks related to teaching

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for you who are a confident and inspiring teacher with a passion for music and teaching.

You enjoy working with others, can create engagement and teaching that meets students where they are, contribute ideas, dare to think new thoughts – always with the students' development and joy of music in focus.

In addition, you have:

• Experience in singing instruction
• Good competence in accompaniment
• Broad musical competence – from classical to pop music

You communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Work experience from a music or culture school
• Interest in leading a choir
• Interest in operational development and new teaching methods
