What do we offer you?

Your role is to provide support for students in need of special assistance during lessons and breaks. You will work to support the children's development and knowledge. In collaboration with other staff, you will plan and implement measures so that all students can benefit from the education in the best possible way. We place great value on creating a pleasant environment for both students and staff, and we expect you to share this perspective.

You will have access to supervision to ensure you can perform your duties in the best possible way.

Who are you?

We are primarily looking for you who are educated as a social pedagogue or have other education that the employer considers equivalent. We want you to have experience from the earlier school years (grades F-3) and have experience and education focused on NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders).

We are looking for you who see it as a matter of course to put the student at the center and help the student grow. You are good at collaborating, are receptive, and build good relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.

About Us

The Child and Education Department is responsible for the municipality's preschools, primary schools, upper secondary schools, adapted schools, and culture schools. We work together for a learning environment where children, students, and employees succeed and become their best selves. The department's task is to coordinate, plan, and support the various operations and to work for coordination between school and working life.

Söderparkskolan, centrally located in Vinslöv and within walking distance from the railway station, has three classes in each grade F-3. Our approximately 265 students come from the town of Vinslöv as well as the surrounding countryside. The school also has an after-school center where students are divided into three units. We offer both students and educators a workplace in beautiful and modernly furnished premises. The school library is a fantastic gathering hall for both the after-school center and the school, staffed by a school librarian on a part-time basis. We also have good access to a digital learning environment. Our outdoor environment consists of a newly built schoolyard with many different play areas, as well as green areas and nature areas near the school.
