We are looking for an experienced HR consultant for a municipal assignment in Southern Sweden. Here you will work broadly and operationally with personnel issues, labor law, rehabilitation, collaboration, and organizational changes. The role suits you if you are confident in complex cases, accustomed to supporting experienced managers, and can quickly build trust in a public sector environment. Experience from educational administration or supporting principals is particularly valuable.

Your responsibilities

As an HR consultant, you provide qualified support to managers in personnel-related issues. The role is broad, operational, and requires that you are confident in both counseling, processing, and documentation.

This includes among other things that you:

  • Support managers in complex personnel matters, labor law questions, and misconduct
  • Work with rehabilitation, workplace adaptation, and follow-up
  • Investigate reports of harassment and other sensitive cases
  • Provide support during organizational changes, collaboration, and union processes
  • Produce statistics, personnel key figures, and materials for decision-making
  • Write investigations, process descriptions, and other HR-related material
  • Participate in the implementation of HR processes and working methods
  • Conduct HR training, presentations, and executive support initiatives as needed

Worth knowing

This is a full-time consulting assignment where you will be employed by TNG and hired out to a municipality in Southern Sweden. It is also possible for you to have your own company to enter as a sub-consultant. The assignment is expected to start immediately and run until January 31, 2027.

Our expectations

We are looking for you who have at least five years of experience in operational HR work within public sector operations. You have a bachelor's degree with at least 180 credits in HR or equivalent that includes labor law.

You are confident in labor law, rehabilitation, collaboration, organizational changes, and investigations. You have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, and are accustomed to working with both counseling, documentation, and qualified executive support. Experience in supporting principals or managers within educational administration is meritorious.

As a person, you are self-reliant, stable, and clear. You have the ability to create trust with experienced managers, stand firm in complex cases, and at the same time contribute with a pragmatic and professional HR perspective.
