Skrotfrag is a leading Swedish company in the scrap and recycling industry, focusing on the collection and recycling of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap for both private individuals and businesses. Together, we contribute to sustainable and environmentally friendly resource management. Skrotfrag is now looking for an Administrator/Customer Receptionist for our Norrköping location. You will become part of a dynamic workplace that recycles with care and is in constant development.

About the role:

As the hub of our operations, you are the face of the company and a key person for our business. We are looking for you who thrive in a varied role where you can combine administrative work with customer contact and problem-solving in an industry that makes a difference.

Your main responsibilities:

• Administration: Manage administrative routines such as waybills, weighbridge tickets, invoicing, monitor the facility's annual list, and maintain ISO systems in consultation with the branch manager.
• Logistics: Coordinate and plan transport in consultation with the operations staff.
• Customer Reception: Welcome customers, weigh goods in/out, and provide first-class service.
• Order and Cleanliness: Ensure that the reception and office are presentable and that administrative systems are kept up to date.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, or logistics.
• Structured, meticulous, and computer literate.
• A problem solver who enjoys juggling multiple tasks.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid Category B driver's license.
