Job Responsibilities

As a Support Assistant, you will primarily work at Ejdern's or Rosina's group home, but work at other units may also occur. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Night work with sleeping on-call duties may also occur.

Your most important task is to support the tenants in living as independent and meaningful a life as possible, based on their own needs and abilities.

  • Acting as a link in contacts with authorities
  • Supporting in both individual and shared leisure activities

You work closely with your colleagues, and together you create a professional, safe, and respectful way of working. Your efforts are based on evidence-based methods, clear routines, and an open, creative dialogue.

The role also includes documentation and the creation of implementation plans.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is accustomed to working in a low-affective manner, is positive and engaged, takes responsibility, and contributes actively to the work. To thrive in the role, you need to appreciate flexibility in work while being structured, creative, and solution-focused. You find it easy to collaborate with both colleagues and other stakeholders.

You have education within care and assistance, or a corresponding education that the employer deems relevant. You have good computer skills, experience with documentation, and can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

We place great importance on personal suitability.

Selection and interviews will take place on an ongoing basis; welcome with your application today!
