You work closely with both frontend and backend, translating business needs into robust solutions that function all the way from idea and design to implementation and operations.

You become a key voice in architecture matters, support technical decisions, and help shape principles for APIs, integrations, cloud architecture, and microservices. This makes the role particularly interesting if you want to influence both direction and execution in a complex environment.

• You create end-to-end solution designs based on needs, requirements, and technical prerequisites.
• You design and further develop API-based solutions in modern .NET environments.
• You define reference architecture, integration patterns, and principles for how systems communicate in a robust and scalable manner.
• You ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, availability, and security.
• You work with cloud architecture in Azure and design solutions based on microservice architecture.
• You set guidelines for CI/CD, DevOps, and version control.
• You work in container-based platforms and guide teams in technical decisions so that implementation follows architectural principles.
• You collaborate closely with product owners, UX, developers, and other architects in an agile way of working.

• Experience in designing and governing REST-based APIs.
• Experience in database design and modeling in SQL environments, including EF Core.
• Good understanding of distributed architectures and caching strategies, such as Redis.
• Experience with API Management and integration layers, such as WSO2 or equivalent.
• Experience with authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0 and modern identity solutions.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous and event-driven architectures as well as message-based integration patterns, such as Azure Service Bus and Kafka.
• Experience with cloud architecture in Azure.
• Experience in designing solutions based on microservice architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and version control.
• Experience with container-based platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• You enjoy working in an advisory capacity, are confident in technical decisions, and can switch between a holistic perspective and detail level.

• Experience with systems with very high demands on availability, scalability, and resiliency.
• Experience with retail solutions, particularly within customer journey in-store, self-scanning, and checkout flows.
• Experience with architecture in organizations with high transaction volume and complex system environments.
• Active use of AI support in architecture and development processes.
