Job Description and Key Responsibilities
As a Recruiter, you play a key role in creating a smooth, supportive, and well-organized recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The role ensures that every step of the recruitment process – from posting ads to handling accurate candidate data – is carried out efficiently and contributes to a positive and professional employer brand. As a central part of the Talent Acquisition function, the recruiter is responsible for ensuring that processes are structured, communication is clear, and candidates are engaged, directly contributing to building strong and versatile teams within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process for junior and mid-level roles across various business areas, focusing on high-quality recruitment.
- Coordinate the entire interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing for interviews, and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure that candidate records and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) are kept up-to-date with high quality and accuracy.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring fast, professional, and welcoming communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote an inclusive and respectful candidate experience that reflects the organization's values.
- Handle recruitment-related inboxes, inquiries, and administrative tasks in a structured and service-oriented manner.
- Provide support and guidance to hiring managers regarding interview logistics, schedules, and the various stages of the recruitment process.
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment work through improved workflows and tools.
- Support activities within employer branding, employee engagement, and onboarding as needed.
Competency Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or another relevant field.
- At least three years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar coordinating/supporting role.
- Very good ability to communicate clearly in both speech and writing.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple parallel tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are a plus.
