You will step into a central finance function where you will have broad responsibility for cost center controlling in a complex and technology-intensive operation. The role includes economic management for line cost centers, labor, fixed assets, and internal projects, and you will work closely with both operations and management.

As a Controller within Functional Control, you will become a key partner to a Business Unit and its reporting entities. You will link operational issues with the financial cost base, prepare decision support materials, and contribute to better control, transparency, and follow-up. You will also be involved in driving digitalization and improvements to financial processes and systems, making the role particularly interesting for those who want to combine analysis, impact, and development.

• You lead the budgeting process for a BU, including reporting entities, line cost centers, labs, and investment requests.
• You drive the forecasting process and create a clear economic picture for the business.
• You perform monthly follow-ups for a BU and divisions and track cost outcomes.
• You support managers in financial matters related to their line cost centers.
• You handle organizational changes and update financial systems for your BU.
• You ensure reporting and analysis of financial information to the business.
• You link operational aspects to the cost base to create better insights and strengthen decision-making capabilities.
• You act as a co-pilot in financial matters concerning operational costs and assets.
• You contribute to digitalization initiatives and continuously develop financial processes and systems.

• You have +8 years of relevant experience in the above areas.
• You have experience leading work within budgeting, forecasting, and monthly follow-ups.
• You are accustomed to working closely with operations and managers on issues regarding cost centers, operational costs, internal projects, and assets.
• You have experience with financial reporting and analysis, as well as working in financial systems.
• You work with high economic integrity, transparency, and delivery capability.
• Possibility to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).
