About Us

Närhälsan Eriksberg Health Centre is a modern clinic beautifully located in the heart of Gothenburg's harbour entrance. Everyone is welcome here, and nearly 11,300 patients have chosen to register with us. We focus on health promotion and disease prevention. At our clinic, we offer district doctor and district nurse services, Child Health Services (BVC), asthma/COPD and diabetes clinics, as well as psychological services.

About the Job

We are now looking for another colleague with specialist competence in general medicine who wants to become part of our friendly doctor group. Your duties will cover the broad field of general medicine, where you will meet and consult patients of all ages and situations. We work according to a clear PAL distribution (Patient Assigned List), patient responsible doctor. There is an opportunity to work with our excellent Child Health Services (BVC), and we would appreciate it if you had a special interest in BVC. There is also the possibility to work within home healthcare. Supervision is a natural part of everyday life, and we learn from each other every day.

We have very good cohesion at the workplace, and we share responsibility for our work environment. We place great importance on everyone enjoying their work, as we believe this benefits our patients.

About You

You are a licensed doctor with specialist training in general medicine and are eligible to work within the Swedish healthcare system. You possess Swedish language skills corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale.

As a person, you are positive, engaged, and patient-oriented. You should be flexible and service-oriented, with good teamwork, initiative, and organizational skills. We are looking for someone who wants to work for the benefit of residents through treatment, counseling, and health promotion.
