What we do and want

The outpatient care for children and young people provides preventive and treatment interventions to children, adolescents, and their families. Within the unit, services include family therapy, intermediate care-like interventions, school social work, counseling and support conversations, crisis support, and parent education. The workplace is characterized by high employee satisfaction and a stable staff group with high competence and great commitment to their work. Our premises are centrally located in Tyresö and are easily accessible by public transport.

About the position

Placed in our intermediate care team, you will work with family therapy in assignments of a more complex nature, where interventions are often extensive and intensive. We are flexible regarding where and when we meet with our families. This means we sometimes visit families at home before and after office hours. The families have access to support even after regular working hours via our support hotline, which we staff on a rotating basis approximately every sixth week, with standby compensation provided. The team currently consists of six family therapists, but one will be moving on to another position in August, which is why we are looking for a new colleague.

Who are you?

You are a trained social worker and have a therapeutic further education equivalent to Step 1. You have experience working therapeutically with children, adolescents, and their families, and you see the value in strengthening the family's own resources and engaging their network.

You have good knowledge of the systemic theoretical approach and recognize the importance of working with evidence-based methods. You have a respectful attitude, good collaboration skills, and an open and explorative approach. You are accustomed to working both independently and together with colleagues. You appreciate working with flexible hours.

Personal suitability is given great weight.

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the police register) is required before employment, as well as a B driver's license.
