The Gullviksborg Health Center is located in an urban area south of Malmö, with good bus connections and close to both the outer and inner ring roads for those who drive. The health center currently has approximately 7,300 registered patients, and our Child Health Center (BVC) has approximately 750 registered children. BVC Gullviksborg is part of the Family Center Nydala, strategically located at Nydalatorget. We work closely with the Family House's other activities: the open preschool, the midwife clinic, and social counseling. In this dynamic and multicultural part of Malmö, the Family House is a key player in the daily lives of families with children.

As a family center, we target parents and children through health-promoting and preventive work. The work is based on the needs of the family and the entire family's life situation, to contribute to good health for both children and parents. Currently, three nurses work at the BVC, and the work with us is both varied and independent.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We now have the opportunity to welcome a nursing assistant or biomedical analyst to our BVC Gullviksborg! As part of the role, you have overall responsibility for the lab as the lab manager.

As a nursing assistant/biomedical analyst, your duties are varied and include, among other things, blood sampling, ECG, blood pressure clinic, assisting in surgery, gynecological examinations, rectoscopy, etc.

We work in a team with emergency nursing assistants, emergency doctors, emergency nurses, and emergency secretaries.

It is important to us that our employees have broad competence and can handle various tasks and areas of responsibility. Therefore, we invest in individual competence development so that we can create strong work teams together.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a nursing assistant and meet the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements for a protected professional title, regardless of whether you studied under the previous or current program structure. Alternatively, you who are a licensed biomedical analyst. Proficiency in Swedish equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement for the position. If you have work experience from primary care, we consider it an advantage.

We are looking for you who are a social and communicative person who finds it easy to collaborate and brings joy to work to your colleagues. Furthermore, we see that you are responsible, work in a structured manner, and have a flexible mind with the ability to find new solutions. You should enjoy working laboratorially and preferably have a technical interest. You have a great understanding of the customer's requirements and needs as well as how the results of our work affect the patient. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
