Jefferson Wells is now looking for a Recruiter for an exciting consulting assignment with an international company in Gothenburg. About the assignment

As a Recruiter, you will play a central role in ensuring an efficient and professional recruitment process from start to finish. You will work closely with managers and candidates, responsible for creating a positive candidate experience and contributing to high quality in every recruitment.

You will drive recruitment processes for junior to mid-level roles and act as a key link between the business and candidates.

Scope and period:

• 17 August 2026 - 31 March 2027
• Scope: Full-time
• Location: Gothenburg

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of junior to mid-level roles
• Coordinate interview processes including booking, preparation, and follow-up
• Ensure correct handling of candidate data in the ATS
• Act as the contact person for candidates and ensure a professional candidate experience
• Support managers in recruitment processes, timelines, and interview structures
• Handle recruitment-related administration and incoming inquiries
• Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and working methods
• Support employer branding and onboarding activities as needed

Your profile

We are looking for you who is a structured and communicative person with the ability to drive several parallel processes simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, economics, or a similar field
• 3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration
• Experience working in recruitment systems, such as ATS
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Good organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Experience with both technical and non-technical recruitment is a plus
• Accustomed to working independently in a changing environment
