We are now looking for a Customer Account Team Leader in Payroll for our office in Stockholm. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for leading the team, ensuring high quality in deliveries to our customers, and building long-term, trust-based relationships. Your Mission

The role of Customer Account Team Leader involves responsibility for daily production, delivery, and the development of both the team and customer relationships within the payroll function. You play a central role in ensuring that our customers receive professional and high-quality deliveries, while simultaneously developing the team's competence and working methods.

Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Employee development
• Overall production and customer responsibility
• Building and developing long-term customer relationships
• Budget follow-up
• Personnel responsibility
• Onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Regular check-ins and team meetings
• Work environment issues
• Staffing planning
• Change management

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience as a payroll consultant and previous experience as a team leader, and who now want to take the next step to develop your leadership skills and customer relations. To thrive and succeed in this role, you should have a genuine interest in people and business, as well as in building strong relationships with both customers and employees. You are receptive and have the ability to coach and develop others.

Furthermore, we see that you have:

• Education as a payroll specialist or in HR
• Previous experience working at an accounting or auditing firm
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a good team spirit and sees employee development and leadership issues as stimulating. You are a clear and confident communicator with a good sense of responsibility and judgment. You easily create trust and have a good understanding of the connection between people and business.
