About the Role

We are looking for a Process Operator for the manufacture of explosives (HMX/octogen). As a Process Operator, you are a vital part of the manufacturing process. The tasks vary and may include preparation and batching of raw materials, monitoring and controlling chemical manufacturing processes, as well as setting up and cleaning both equipment and the production area.

The work is performed in a 5-shift system and involves close collaboration with colleagues to ensure safe and efficient production.

About You

We prefer that you have a few years of work experience in industrial operations. Experience with chemical processes or work within the explosives industry is advantageous. The role involves some practical maintenance, so an interest in technology is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed upper secondary education or equivalent, preferably with a focus on process or technology
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Swedish citizenship

Advantageous

• English proficiency, both spoken and written
• Forklift license
• Education in process technology
• Experience with explosives and KEX training

Conditions

• Permanent employment, with a probationary period
• Shift pattern: 5-shift system
