Responsibilities

Here, you will work at a preschool with a clear Reggio Emilia profile, where children's curiosity, participation, and exploration are at the center. The preschool is located in the nature-rich Nya Varvet, close to both the sea and the forest, offering unique opportunities to use the surroundings as part of the education. You will become part of a operation where inspiring learning environments, a shared atelier, and pedagogical documentation are used to develop children's learning and influence. We have development groups every Tuesday, and as a preschool teacher, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the operation, where collegial learning, pedagogical questions, and quality development are in focus.

You lead the pedagogical work together with colleagues in an engaged work team. Together, you plan, implement, document, and follow up on the education based on the preschool curriculum. We believe in a way of working where collaboration, responsibility, and clear communication are a natural part of everyday life.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• are a licensed preschool teacher
• have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• have good knowledge of using digital tools in work

You take responsibility for both your own and the work team's tasks and contribute to good collaboration.

You build trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are also receptive in your approach and show respect and care for others.

You understand that children have different prerequisites and absorb knowledge in different ways. Based on this, you create a safe and developmental environment where every child has the opportunity to develop at their own pace.

It is meritorious if you:

• have experience working based on the Reggio Emilia pedagogical philosophy
• want to work project-oriented with pedagogical documentation as a tool

The administration has approximately 7,000 employees distributed across approximately 75 professions.
