Your role at Nobia

As a machine operator, you work with monitoring, operating, and optimizing various types of machines in production. The role varies depending on the department, but what is common is that you contribute to an efficient production flow where quality and collaboration are in focus.

Here you get to combine technology, problem-solving, and practical work in an environment where no two days are alike.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Monitor and operate production machines
• Make settings, adjustments, and simpler changeovers
• Conduct quality controls of materials and finished products
• Troubleshoot and perform simple maintenance
• Contribute with improvement proposals for processes and working methods

You work both independently and together with your colleagues, where collaboration and communication are important parts of everyday life.

Your background

We are looking for you who are technically interested, meticulous, and thrive in an environment where things happen. You like to take responsibility, learn new things, and contribute to smooth workflow.

We see that you have:

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing
• Ability to work shifts
• Basic computer skills

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience as a machine operator or from the manufacturing industry
• Technical understanding or interest in machines and production
• Driver's license and access to a car

• Responsible and self-initiating
• Meticulous with an eye for quality
• Solution-oriented and proactive
• A team player who contributes to a positive work environment
