Anton Education runs two primary schools, Antonskolan Blekedamm and Antonskolan Österäng, covering grades from preschool class to grade 9. RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for you who are a certified teacher in Spanish for grades 7–9, preferably combined with one or more other subjects.

As a person, you are creative, solution-oriented, secure, and stable. You have good knowledge of how to meet students' different needs, are easy to collaborate with, and create and maintain good relationships. You see yourself as part of a team with a focus on collaborative work. In your leadership, you are clear, motivate others, and create engagement and involvement. Experience from school work is meritorious. In this role, you work as a teacher in grades 7–9 and collaborate with other teachers in the work team, student health services, and the management group.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Planning, teaching, and assessment according to the curriculum and current regulatory documents.
• Adapting to students' varying needs with a high degree of differentiation.
• Active participation in Anton projects, international themes, and potential Erasmus initiatives.
• Interprofessional collaboration with regular teachers, student health teams, and school leadership.
• Collaboration in work teams and subject groups, as well as participation in the school's collegial development work.

Qualifications

• Teaching degree with certification in Spanish for grades 7–9, preferably combined with other subjects.
• Experience of teaching in primary school.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and create engagement.
• Good structural ability and familiarity with digital tools in teaching.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

Permanent position at 50% with the possibility of more. The employment begins with a probationary period of 6 months, starting in the autumn term of 2026.
