Your role as Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you will work within the Operations area, which consists of cash register duties and merchandising. This is a varied role where you will handle several different tasks, using your skills to make a difference and play a key part in our success. A large part of your daily routine will involve creating the best possible customer experience; you will simply be a star at customer care. In addition to being responsible for processing payments, you will also ensure that it is easy for our customers to shop and that they can take home the right product. By optimizing the shopping experience in the store and ensuring satisfied customers, we can reach our goals. The ability to solve problems on the way to success is another crucial part of the role. You will receive basic knowledge in all areas within Operations, giving you great flexibility in your daily work.
